Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days after your order has been processed.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days , depending on the destination and shipping provider. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
You can find the current status of your order via the link in your order confirmation , which you received by email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track your package at any time.
If you can't find an email, please also check your spam or advertising folder – sometimes our messages end up there.
You can easily return your order within 14 days of receipt – without giving any reason.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs . Once the item has arrived unused and in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase price.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before you buy.
